The Restaurant
Our restaurant offers breakfast only between 07:00 and 10:30am.
Breakfast:
Served from 7am to 10.30am. Buffet or “cooked to order”. Guests will be advised upon arrival.
The Pavilion:
Open from 12 noon to 9pm (kitchen closes 8.30pm due to Covid restrictions).
International and Thai favourites served in an “al fresco” environment overlooking the Gulf of Thailand.

For those looking to delve deeper into the wonders of culinary delights, we also extend access to a plant-based Cooking Course Hua Hin visitors can use to expand on their knowledge and skill of vegan ingredients, recipes, and techniques. Under the tutelage of our resident vegan chef instructors, guests get to undertake cooking classes and field trips that better inform their theoretical and practical knowledge of healthy cooking. – temporarily closed due to Covid.
