  • Deluxe Studio Rooms and Pool Villas can accommodate 2 children maximum.

The environment at our resort is not appropriate for pets, therefore we have implemented a policy of no pets allowed.

Cancellations, Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check in time – From 2:00 pm
  • Check out time – By 12:00 noon (Depending on the flight schedules and occupancy, times may be more flexible.)

Early arrival before 2.00 pm can be confirmed as per room availability.

Late departure after 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm is free of charge subject to availability, after 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm will be charged 50% of room rate, and after 6.00 pm full day to be charged. Late departure can be confirmed as per room availability

Soft Opening During Covid-19

Your booking may cancelled up to 24 hours/day prior to arrival date without penalty. Cancellations received on the day of arrival will be subject one night’s cancellation fee at the room rate indicated.

Normal Circumstances

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations in excess of 7 days of arrival will receive a refund of deposit paid and will be under no obligation for outstanding monies. Cancellations inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged at 100% on the first night.
