Bread is one of those things that when you learn, you won’t forget how it feels to make it. This workshop is designed to teach the main ingredients in vegan bread making and understand your flour options. We will make focaccia, zucchini bread & gluten-free crackers as well as 3 savory spreads. We will play with colorful fruits and vegetables while making tartines for snacks.

During Power Bowls, you will learn plant-baed ingredients, techniques and recipes to prepare balanced meals into colorful and tasty bowls. During Pure Brunch, you will learn simple ways to prepare super healthy and nutrient-dense breakfast dishes for long-lasting energy and improve recovery.
