Christophe is the Director of Education at Blue Lotus,
«Sadly enough, I witnessed quite some failures in the plant-based food sector. It was almost never by a lack of talent, motivation or the quality of the recipes. More frequently it was due to over-dimensioned expectations, unrealistic business assumptions, bad management, poor organization, lack of business understanding and even failing on simple details like food costing or stock rotation… It’s unfortunately not enough to be crazy talented and imagine a sumptuous project, you need some basic project management skills and pragmatic business understanding in order to develop a sustainable business. So I coach people to develop viable projects aligned with a sustainable lifestyle» - Christophe
