This week-end intensive program is an immersion in the back-kitchen of a Bakery Café! Learn vegan ingredients (egg & lactose free, some gluten-free), baking techniques and recipes for a Plant-Based Bakery Café.

BAKERY CAFÉ 1, FRI 3PM-6PM
This first workshop is an in-depth introduction to the ingredients, hands-on techniques and baking essentials.

Content:

BAKERY CAFÉ 2, SAT 9AM-12
During this second workshop, you will learn to use the essentials ingredients and the techniques to prepare, assemble and present deliciously yummy vegan treats!

Workshop includes:

  • Vegan Tiramisu
  • Banana-Chocolate Cream Pie
  • Gluten-Free Tortillas
  • Fillings: Pineapple Salsa, BBQ Mushrooms & Sour Red Cabbage
