[Weekend-Intensive] Bakery Cafe

This week-end intensive program is an immersion in the back-kitchen of a Bakery Café! These workshops will empower you with all the baking tips & tricks used in Plant-Based Cuisine. Whether you own a Plant-Based Bakery Café, Bed & Breakfast, or you simply expect friends for an afternoon tea - you will get enough ideas for all dietary regimens (dairy free, egg free, gluten free, vegan..). Learn how to make everyone’s favorite treats from scratch - from breakfast pancakes & cookies to tea-time tartlet & cupcakes! 

BAKERY CAFÉ TEA TIME, FRI 2PM-5PM
This first workshop is an in-depth introduction to the ingredients, hands-on techniques and baking essentials.

Content:

  • Tropical Tartlet

  • Chocolate Cupcakes with frosting

  • Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Ice-Creams (chocolate, vanilla, coconut yogurt, berry sorbet)

  • Berry sauce/coulis

BAKERY CAFÉ BREAKFAST, SAT 9AM-12
During this second workshop, you will learn to use the essentials ingredients and the techniques to prepare, assemble and present deliciously yummy vegan treats!

Workshop includes:

  • Nut butter mylks

  • Buckwheat Pancakes

  • Coconut Rochers

  • Banana Bread 

  • Date Caramel

  • Chocolate Sauce
