Casual Plant-Based Food Made Easy! Don’t worry, these Bowls don’t just look and taste good, they have all you need! During Power Bowls, you will learn to compose balanced meals into colorful, tasty and balance bowls. During Pure Brunch, you will learn simple ways to prepare super healthy and nutrient-dense breakfast dishes for long-lasting energy and improve recovery.

POWER BOWLS, FRI 2PM-5PM
Power Bowls offer a diversity of textures, colors and tastes to match a diversity of nutrients so that you enjoy good food that happens to be good for you too. The idea of Power Bowl is to offer an easy way to implement a nutrient dense whole-food plant-based into your daily routine.

PURE BRUNCH, SAT 9AM-12PM
This workshop is an introduction to the benefits of a whole plant diet for active people. Weʼll explore ingredients, techniques and prepare a colorful brunch!
