This week-end intensive program consists of two related cooking workshops: Thai Classics and Asian Sweets! Experience Thai life and cuisine by learning how to make Thai recipes from the street food and nights markets back home.

THAI CLASSICS, FRI 3PM-6PM
Explore Thai Classics of the street food and local markets. Learn the fresh, local ingredients, the essentials of Plant-based Thai cuisine.

ASIAN SWEETS, SAT 9AM-12
n this workshop we want to honor the sweet side of Thailand by taking you on a trip around tradition, flavors and ancestral techniques. We will bring to you the local market’s freshest produce and their seasonal ripest fruits and original equipment. Learn how to make these four delicious classic recipes that are perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Content:

  • Kanom Krok (Coconut custard pancakes)

  • Thai Mochi with smoked coconut 

  • Mango Sticky Rice

  • Pang Ji pancakes with Forbidden rice
