[Weekend-Intensive] Gluten-Free Pizza & Bread Making


This week-end intensive program covers the preparation of gluten-free crusts (2 types), colorful sauces and 2 different types of plant-cheeses (fresh cashew cheese, cumin melting cheddar) to assemble 3 different pizzas (Verde, Rojo y Forestal). The second part of the program is designed to teach essential techniques, key ingredients and 4 types of recipes to learn and understand plant-based bread baking.


Learn how to make gluten-free crusts for pizzas. Learn the making-of of the essentials sauces and plant-cheeses for pizzas or pastas. Assemble 3 different pizzas.

This workshop is designed to teach the essential techniques, some key ingredients and 4 different types of recipes in baking bread. We will make 4 types of breads to pair with spreads.
